If you run a club or gym and have no online presence at all, no problem. A full membership allows you to create your own custom web pages, covering all of the essential information that you will need in order for people to discover your club. You can add instructor information, multiple venue information, class times,  news items and many more. What's better, absolutely no technical knowledge is required. It's  simple and quick to add or amend any of your club's details - you just need to login to your account.

Once your club pages have been created, you can simply choose to activate them at which stage they are added to the PunchTown directory, ready to be discovered.

When users search for a club, they can search by town and style. If your club is within their chosen area and the style matches, your listing will appear to that user. Fully featured clubs have higher priority over basic club listings so they appear nearer the top of the list. In addition, if you enter a valid postcode/zip for your club premises, it will automatically be added to the search listings Map view - allowing users to accurately view your location in relation to their own.

We have achieved this by allowing anyone to sign up for an individual member account. This allows an individual to enter details about themselves including photos, introduction, grading information etc. The individual then simply searches for their own club, finds it and simply attaches their profile to the club with the click of a button. This then sends a message to the club owner asking if he/she wishes for that individual to be accepted into the club members area. If the individuals application to join the club is successful, the profile of that member is added and the full account holder can easily access that members provided information. It's a simple, yet effective way of ensuring you have the latest information on your members.

Once  you have your members added, you can easily assign them to custom groups. For example, if you have certain students who participate in tournaments, you could simply create a group called 'Competitors'  and then assign these members to that group. Once in the group, you can easily send a group email to only those selected members. This saves time and allows you to target specific members with the information that only they need to know.

And finally, although we haven't turned this feature on just yet (as we require a designated number of clubs added to our directory before it will work successfully), we are going to provide clubs with the option to communicate directly with other clubs in their chosen area and provide the basis for friendly club-to-club tournaments. Members of the participating clubs we will be able to view each others' profiles so they can decide who their ideal match would be. Obviously, we can allow our system to automatically profile the best suited members but that's another feature coming later on.

All in all, utilising our fully featured club listing provides a simple yet effective way to get your club online and in front of the right people.
